Woke up with a headache and was a bit sluggish. Nothing that surprised me after changing up my diet. But happy to get through another day with success!!!

Meal 1: 2 poached eggs with micro greens and chili pepper flakes, handful of blackberries, some left over chicken from yesterday’s lunch, and ½ and avocado!!!

Meal 2: same chicken, walnut, apple, cucumber salad with olive oil/balsamic vinaigrette from the Whole30 book!!!!

Meal 3: Snap pea, Shrimp & shiitake mushroom stir fry from the Whole30 Cookbook. It was SUPER yummy!!!
