Whole30: 1/30

Day one, of the @whole30! Meals 1, and 2 were prepped Sunday to avoid bad choices and meal 3 was cooked at home fresh! Had dinner early since I was struggling to get there!!!

It’s only day one so I know there will be bouts of hunger, anger, emotion and most of all, self doubt. But I’m positive if I can get over this hump, I will sail into week two feeling more energized, refreshed and healthier…

Meal 1: leek, spinach, mushroom frittata | ½ an avocado | handful of blueberries…

Meal 2: Seasoned Chicken salad with cucumbers, apples, walnuts, greens and an olive oil/balsamic vinaigrette…

Meal 3: seasoned ground turkey with cauliflower rice. We were hungry so we threw and egg on top. .
